Dick's Neighborhood - One of Pleasanton's most sought after neighborhoods. The gates has three neighborhood relaxing areas including one kid's park. It is within walking distance of Pleasanton's famed Sports Park, a 110 acre site with football fields, soccer fields, little league fields, play areas, picnic areas, a sand volley ball court, a basketball court and 4 lit softball fields for the adult teams of Pleasanton.
There is also a walking trail which will connect with the Iron Horse Trail eventually.
